Our local delivery is an automated system with a partner delivery company. Rate is distance based and varies from $5 to ~$20 in the Greater Toronto Area.

Please specify delivery date and window at cart (Weds to Sun) otherwise your order will be automatically be sent next 1-2 day of order. Delivery window is between 1pm-5pm or 3pm-8pm.

Instructions given about delivery timeline constraints will not be followed as routes are predetermined. If you need a specific timed delivery please contact us, it can be done through Uber with a separate quote.

There is live tracking via text & email once a driver has been assigned within 40 min prior to dispatch time. If this is a gift, please also provide recipient's phone and email in your note.

Our delivery drivers cannot call recipient to confirm if they are home (similar to Uber). Please ensure they are home at the specified date.

Default option is (PIN) drop-off - Customers must have their provided PIN ready for delivery completion (provided in the automatic text tracking). Return fees may incur if the customer is unavailable. However, if there is a concierge available, the delivery will be automatically left with them.

Option 2 to opt out of pin for non-perishable only - Photo drop-off - couriers will knock upon arrival and all packages will be left at the door, with concierge or lobby/mailroom with photo proof. Instructions can be left for side or back door etc.
